How to Join NCLC:

To apply for NCLC Friends Membership: CLICK HERE TO OPEN AND PRINTOUT APPLICATION FORM

1. Open this (red link above)  file, print it, and follow the mailing instructions included on the page

2. Once membership is approved, You will receive a New Member Information packet via U.S. postal SERVICE.  there will be detailed information on how to access our website, including instructions for setting your own private pass word.  YOUR MEMBERSHIP CHAIRPERSON IS listed in your membership roster and can be contacted with any questions you may have.  

3. You will also be sent a welcome letter that includes our most current membership list.   The membership list is always updated each month and posted on our website under MEMBERS ONLY menu.   Once a year we print and distribute a Membership Booklet to each member.
